Every order is packed by hand and checked before it ships. If an order arrives damaged, or the wrong item arrives, or an order never arrives, Grani Hulda makes it right with a replacement or a full refund. Send a photo of any damage to granihulda@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery. There is no need to ship a damaged item back.

Book sets are made to order, gift wrapped, and signed for their buyer, so they are final sale except in the cases above. The same is true of personalized and one-of-a-kind items, including charms and wands made to a request.

Unopened, unpersonalized items may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Contact granihulda@gmail.com to start a return. The buyer pays return shipping, and refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days of the return arriving.

This policy covers orders shipped within the United States, which is everywhere the shop ships.

Grani Hulda collects as little as the site needs to work, and this is all of it.

What is collected. If you subscribe, your email address. If you order, your name, shipping address, email, and payment details. If you contact the shop, whatever you put in the message. The site also uses analytics cookies that count visits and pages; they do not identify you by name.

What it is used for. Your email address is used to send the newsletter and nothing else. Order details are used to pack and ship your order and to answer questions about it. Analytics are used to see which pages people read.

Who else handles it. The site runs on GoDaddy, which hosts the pages, the shop, and the subscriber list. Payments are processed by the shop's payment provider, and Grani Hulda never sees your full card number. Links to Amazon and other affiliate programs set their own cookies when you click through; those are governed by their privacy policies, not this one. Grani Hulda does not sell, rent, or share your information with anyone else.

Your choices. Every newsletter has an unsubscribe link, and it works the first time. To have your address or order information deleted, email granihulda@gmail.com and it will be done. You can decline analytics cookies in the banner when you arrive, and the site works the same without them.

The information on this site is offered for education and for practice, and it is not medical, legal, or professional advice. The herbs named here have long histories of traditional and spiritual use, and that history is what the pages describe. From time to time, Grani Hulda also makes product recommendations, such as the best pagan books for kids, the best pagan toys, or the supplies a practice needs. Those recommendations rest on her own research and her own use, and she does her best to recommend what she would buy herself. In some cases, Grani Hulda receives compensation when you purchase through one of the links on this site, and it never increases your cost.

There are many paths to paganism and many ways to be a witch, and however you practice, Grani Hulda wants to support you. That includes practitioners working alone, families raising children in nature and in kindness, and readers who are only beginning to look.

Everything on the site is written by Grani Hulda. Where a practice or a correspondence has a source, the page says where it came from, and where the site made a correspondence itself, it says that too. Recent is not a verdict; knowing where a thing came from is what lets you decide whether to keep using it. A practitioner with different knowledge is not wrong.
