Book sets are made to order, gift wrapped, and signed for their buyer, so they are final sale except in the cases above. The same is true of personalized and one of a kind items.

Unopened, unpersonalized items may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Contact granihulda@gmail.com to start a return. The buyer pays return shipping, and refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days of the return arriving.
